the price has always been the same 450 for europe 695 for usa  about the language there is no multilanguage you have to choose the prefer language  but that can be change contact your supplier for the language change only them  can request it from autel  you can not do this directly with support here good luck

          I didn't know  then yes that is too high  try this website is located in china  you can buy the tools there as well as the updates even change language for your tool www.aobd2shop.com this site first or obd16.com   tell them i sent you from autel support forum  once there click on brand then choose autel   this is good only for autel products they are original autel  everything else are clone tools that i don't  recommend   but they will sell you any autel tool in  any language available   i believe is 450 or 490 for europe and 640 for usa very good prices and fast shipping to all over the world  and they will not take your money and run like other places before making any orders register at the site good luck   i owe you the phone number for supplier in your country have no idea on that one
